With over 25 years of experience across Subprime, Conventional, and Private Lending, Jo brings deep industry expertise and a results-driven, client-first approach to every initiative. She is widely recognized for top-producing results in both the Conventional and Private Lending space, consistently delivering performance that exceeds market standards.
Jo is known for transforming ground-up lending companies into profitable, scalable operations, maintaining a $50M+ annual production pipeline while driving operational excellence, capital markets execution, sales leadership, and team development. She has a proven track record of structuring multi-million-dollar portfolios, cultivating strategic investor partnerships, and implementing disciplined financial practices that fuel sustainable growth.
A proud Dominican American, Jo’s journey from humble beginnings to industry leader reflects resilience, vision, and authenticity. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she naturally bridges cultures and markets while staying deeply connected to her roots. Before joining BRIC, Zoë served as Global Director of Industry Marketing for an international company, leading high-impact initiatives and data-driven strategies that expanded markets and accelerated product growth. She previously spent over a decade building and elevating multi-billion-dollar brands, gaining deep expertise in brand strategy, operations, and leading high-performing teams. This diverse background gives her a unique edge in the real estate investment space.
Zoë holds an MBA from The University of Texas and is conversational in Spanish. Originally from Jamaica, she brings a global perspective and a passion for inspiring diverse, high-performing teams. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, reading, family time, and being near the water in Florida.

The Chief Financial Officer of BRIC, bringing over a decade of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. With a degree in Finance, she combines deep analytical expertise with a pragmatic approach to delivering results.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has developed extensive experience in capital markets, secondary mortgage markets, and financial strategy, giving her a unique perspective on the full lifecycle of real estate investment and lending.
