With over 25 years of experience in origination, operations, and strategic growth across Subprime, Conventional, and Private Lending, Jo brings unmatched depth and perspective to the industry. After spending more than 15 years in the Conventional mortgage sector, she made a pivotal transition to Private Lending in 2015. Since then, she has built a strong track record of structuring complex transactions and developing innovative financing strategies for a diverse portfolio of local, national, and international real estate investors. Her ability to combine analytical precision with a deep understanding of market dynamics has earned her the respect of peers and clients alike.
A key part of Jo’s leadership centers on funding strategy, investor relations, and disciplined financial management. She has successfully structured multi-million-dollar portfolios, cultivated strategic partnerships, and implemented sound financial practices that drive consistent growth and lasting impact.

For the past four years, Zoë served as Global Director of Industry Marketing at an international company, where she led high-impact, customer-facing initiatives, developed data-driven marketing strategies, and partnered with business units to drive product growth and market expansion. Prior to that, she spent over a decade building and marketing multi-billion-dollar brands, honing her skills in brand strategy, operations, and team leadership. Coming from this diverse professional background gives her a unique perspective on the real estate investment market, allowing her to approach opportunities creatively while grounding decisions in data and operational discipline.

Zoë holds an MBA from The University of Texas and is conversational in Spanish. Originally from Jamaica, she brings a global perspective and an appreciation for diverse voices and ideas. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and, true to her island roots, being near the water, which living in Florida makes especially easy.

Chief Financial Officer of BRIC, bringing over a decade of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. With a degree in Finance, she combines deep analytical expertise with a pragmatic approach to delivering results.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has developed extensive experience in capital markets, secondary mortgage markets, and financial strategy, giving her a unique perspective on the full lifecycle of real estate investment and lending. At BRIC, she oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, risk management, and strategic planning, ensuring disciplined financial controls while maximizing growth opportunities.
